Tuscan cuisine is a model for the modern cuisine of many countries. It is authentic, because it is prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, working simultaneously but balanced between naturalness and sophistication.
To find out more about this is one of the most interesting aspects for those visiting our country, and therefore our restaurant offers cookery classes, where you can learn to make Tuscan dishes that provide knowledge about the traditions of the local cuisine and seasonal products.
You can opt for classes focused on individual dishes (antipasto, first courses, second courses or desserts) or for a complete menu.
You will learn how to prepare some delicate handmade noodles, or a good bread soup, to cook tasty main dishes as well as how to prepare typical and delicious desserts of the Tuscan culinary tradition.
You will prepare the dishes together with our cooks and afterwards, of course: everyone at the table!
The cooking classes are held for a limited number of participants with a maximum of 10 people.
